Better hearing shouldn't have to wait for the upfront cost
Quality hearing aids can cost between $2,000 and $10,000 or more per pair, and that’s before audiology consultations and fitting fees. For most people that’s not spare change sitting in the bank, which is why so many put the decision off. A personal loan spreads the expense into manageable repayments so you can get the devices your audiologist recommends now.
Hearing aid finance is arranged as an unsecured personal loan. The funds are paid directly to you or your audiologist, and you repay the loan in fixed instalments over an agreed term, typically between one and seven years. A longer term reduces the monthly repayment but increases total interest, and we’ll walk you through what each option looks like in practice.
FLOW Financial Services arranges finance for hearing aids of any style or brand: bilateral fittings for both ears, rechargeable and behind-the-ear devices, in-the-canal and invisible models, plus audiology consultations, fitting fees and assistive listening devices. We compare more than 40 lenders to find the right product for your situation, without touching your credit file until we’re confident you’ll be approved and you’re ready to proceed.

Why Choose Us
Financing your first pair or upgrading to newer devices, hearing aid finance is one of our areas of expertise.
Hearing aids sit in an unusual spot: part medical device, part significant purchase, often partly subsidised. Working out what to claim and what to borrow takes a bit of navigating.
Maybe you’re wondering whether the Hearing Services Program or your NDIS plan covers part of the cost. You may want to know if a retiree or pensioner can qualify for finance, or whether you can finance devices for a family member and how long approval takes.
We answer these types of questions every day. FLOW works with a panel of more than 40 lenders, and we know which ones assess retirees and pension recipients more favourably and which lenders are quicker to approve. We’ll also point you toward the subsidies worth checking first, so you only finance the gap that’s actually yours to pay.

FAQs
Our Frequently Asked Questions. If you have any further questions, please contact us.
Yes, always. The Hearing Services Program provides subsidised devices for eligible Australians including pensioners, veterans and concession cardholders. Some private health extras cover includes a hearing aid benefit, and NDIS participants may have devices funded through their plan. If you’re eligible for any of these, finance covers the gap between the subsidy and the full cost of the device you want.
